Management 項目&變更管理? Leadership of cross-functional/sites “large size and complex” projects, such as formulation technical transfer, new facility establishment, complex change, Biologic NPI or Commercial Supply Chain re-design projects, etc.., Being responsible to establish and lead project teams in accordance with the AZProject Management Framework (PMF) in order to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.領導跨部門/工廠的復雜項目，比如制劑技術轉移，新廠房項目，復雜的變更項目、生物制劑的新產品引進或商業供應鏈的再設計。根據AZ的項目管理架構建立和領導項目團隊,高效能地交付項目。? Support sponsor to develop the business case of the projects/programs to assess the resource, budget, timeline, risk, benefit, and stakeholders, etc., Support the project sponsor to get endorsement of the project.協助項目發起人起草business case，就項目的資源、預算、時間表、風險、收益、利益相關者等內容進行評估,并獲得項目的批準。? Facilitate issue resolution within project teams. Provide Risk assessment for assigned projects. Identify risks and propose solutions balancing business needs and costs with a range of issues. Proactively identify potential risks, issues and opportunities, develop alternatives balancing business needs and costs, and ensure key contributors and stakeholders are fully aware of changes and developments. University graduate or above;本科學歷/以上;? Excellent English presentation (oral /written) and writing skills;優秀的英語表達（口語/書面）和寫作能力;? Master the basic theory of pharmacy, drug manufacturing process and related knowledge of CMC area掌握藥學基礎理論、藥品生產工藝和CMC領域相關知識；? Master GMP and drug registration regulations;掌握GMP和藥品注冊法規；?
