Through our application of science-based expertise, evidence-led rigor, and human experience-driven insight, our digital solutions are deliberately crafted so that everyone can reach better health outcomes together.The Director Digital Health Implementation will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation of our digital health solutions. You will collaborate and partner within a matrix, cross-functional team structure across customers, vendors, and internal product and IT reams to ensure the successful delivery of digital health solutions. Your skill in planning, coordinating projects, and partnering with collaborators will be crucial for delivering projects successfully, on schedule, within budget, and upholding high quality standards.Key Responsibilities: ● Develop comprehensive implementation strategies and roadmaps for digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. ● Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. ● Oversee the integration of digital health components (including SaaS platforms, wearables, and mobile devices) into cohesive, scalable solutions. ● Collaborate within a matrix structure by partnering with customers, vendors, and internal teams (digital health, product, IT, and support) to ensure all project requirements are met. ● Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project objectives. ● Develop and manage relationships with internal and external technology and service providers to enable innovation approaches and endpoints to be included in Digital Strategies. ● Act as first point of issue escalation for implementation issues. ● Ensure adherence to established processes and delivery best practices. ● Manage a portfolio of digital health implementation projects, tracking progress, achievements, and performance metrics. ● Oversee vendor relationships to ensure that all external partners deliver quality products and services that meet project standards. ● Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed implementation overviews to senior management. ● Contribute to the development and execution of overall solution delivery strategy by finding opportunities for process enhancements and innovative practices. ● Continuously monitor and refine implementation processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality. ● Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting digital health implementations in China. ● Ensure that all digital health implementations align with relevant local regulations, data privacy standards, and quality assurance protocols. ● Collaborate with quality assurance teams to manage audits, certifications, and compliance reviews as part of the project lifecycle. ● Work across in a global environment.Essential Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) is a plus. ● 8+ years of experience in digital health, SaaS implementation, or a related field, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects. ● 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D and strong knowledge of Drug Development processes and clinical trial delivery. ● Extensive experience working within matrix organizations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including customers, vendors, and internal teams. ● Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and process improvement. ● Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional setting with internal as well as external partners ● Ability to challenge the status quo, take ownership and holds self and others accountable. ● Senior Stakeholder management skills together with proven leadership, negotiation, collaboration and strong interpersonal skills. ● Effective problem and conflict solving skills. ● In-depth knowledge of China pharmaceutical R&D market, including regulatory, operational, and competitive landscapes, particularly in digital clinical research solutions. ● Passion for Patients, representing the needs of diverse patient backgrounds and views in all decision making. ● Fluent English and Mandarin, both can be used as working language.Why Evinova (AstraZeneca)?Evinova draws on AstraZeneca’s deep experience developing novel therapeutics, informed by insights from thousands of patients and clinical researchers.
