Brief Job Description 工作描述簡述Summarizes the job’s purpose or role and why it exists in the organization概述工作的目的或角色及其在機構內的價值The position is set to provide valuable service of solid great place that delivered by Engineering to customer by manage the business needs of customer, visible the service process to customer and interact with them in right attitude that align with AstraZeneca value and culture.Internally, the position will analyse the service data and provide valuable advice to Engineering LT for continuous improvement of both service level and service method.本職位是為了管理工程部客戶的業務需求以交付程部提供的良好的工作環境，為客戶提供可視化的服務流程，用符合阿斯利康價值觀及文化的正確的態度與客戶相互交流。對工程部內部，該職位需要分析客戶服務的相關數據并為工程部領導層提供有價值的建議以便不斷地提升服務水準和服務方法。During project phase fully involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification。As end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project. And Standardize knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare for Qingdao site PQ and PV and ensure following BAU in terms of SOP/WI and continuously improve process/equipment/operation from project to BAU transition.項目建設期間參與項目前期的設計，建造，調試和確認等工作，作為用戶代表更好的支持項目組實現青島pMDI工廠的建設。通過精益標準化和專業技能持續標準化和改善如SOP/工作指導以確保項目期間的知識，技能和經驗能夠傳承以支持未來的商業化生產，并在項目早期就注重工藝/設備/操作等的持續改善工作。 Specific Responsibilities/Key Tasks具體職責/任務?Design document awareness, installation & commissioning and qualification activities during project period, on job operation and maintenance training.通過對設計文件的熟悉，參與項目安裝調試驗證，以及系統操作維護培訓，熟悉公用系統Being familiar with utility system through ?Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user.參與到項目的不同階段，作為最終用戶提供有價值和專業的建議到項目建設中。 ?Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project.學習并運用其他工廠和行業的最佳實踐到新工廠 ?End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase.端到端的思維持續標準化和持續改善的理念和能力，通過項目期間的參與，實踐為未來的商業化生產的垂直啟動和成功做好充足的準備 ?Operation of public engineering systems and facilities systems公用工程系統及設施系統運行?Responsible for fire protection systems, lighting systems, building plants and related facilities, water supply and drainage, roads, walls, security systems, parking lots, canteens and equipment, non-production area cleaning, insect control and other public facilities in the factory, to ensure the stable operation of the above systems to support production activities.負責消防系統、照明系統、建筑廠房及相關設施、給排水、道路、圍墻、安保系統、停車場、食堂及設備、非生產區域清潔、蟲控等廠內公共設施，保障以上系統的穩定運營以支持生產活動 ?Lead sustainable development, optimize the operation strategy of public engineering systems, improve energy and water utilization, save energy and reduce consumption, in order to support the sustainable development strategy of the industrial company.引領公司可持續發展，優化公用工程系統運行策略，提高能源以及水的利用率，節能降耗，以支持工公司可持續發展的戰略?Take in charge of the business requirement of customer by hotline and other channel. 接管需求：通過熱線及其他渠道接管客戶的業務需求?Coordinate internal team and customer to come out an agreed service proposal商定方案：協同內部團隊和客戶達成一致的服務方案?Coordinate internal team and customer to work together and perform the onsite service協同現場：協同內部團隊和客戶完成現場工作?Collect the customer satisfaction rate and feedback to internal process. Formal close the service交付回饋：收集客戶滿意率和反饋用于內部服務流程控制，關閉服務請求?Notify the decision /risk/plan and next step to bother customer and internal team in the above four steps of service process.根據以上的四步服務流程，將服務需求的決定、風險、計劃告知客戶及內部團隊?Use right tools to let the customer and internal staffs check and review the progress運用正確的工具使客戶及內部員工了解服務需求的進度?Monthly provide the data trend and report of customer service level and PM degree每月提供客戶服務及預防性維護的相關數據分析和報告?Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year根據數據趨勢每半年度向工程部管理層提供合理的建議從而提升工程部的服務標準和服務流程?Present the service result to customer or SLT為客戶或者管理層展示服務成果?Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes.在規定時間內完成公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規相關的政策及標準所要求的培訓?Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards.在進行一切與業務活動時都嚴格遵守公司行為準則、SHE、GMP、合規相關的政策及標準。?Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE遵守SHE承諾書上的要求
