Job title: (Sr.) PE  Specialist

Report to: Sr. PE Manager 

Department: Professional Education

Working location: SH

Key responsibility:

1. Assistant manager to build reasonable curriculum  system for Medtronic KH&LBE group, grade faculty, consolidate and analysis data  and resource.

3. Working with physician KOLs to execute  and develop high quality education programs, which related to orthopedic pathologies,  product indications, surgical techniques, and clinical publications from both  domestic as well as international journals.

1. Frequently communicate with faculty  members about the PE strategy, course information and the logistics of training  e6vents; assist faculty members to complete training course and surgical  demonstration; maintain customer relationships.

1. Plan and execute annual medical  educational calendar according to PE strategy.

3. Ensure programs within budgeted  limits.

5. Should be working cross BUs.

9.  Assistant any other  tasks which need assistance in team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably  medical degree.

3. > 3 years of product marketing,  sales or professional education experience in medical industry, preferably in  orthopedic device.
4. pan>
5. Good communication skill and logical  thinking.
6. pan>
7. Business acumen and resolve problem  capability.
8. pan>
9. Fluent English, both in written and  spoken.

5.  Able to travel regularly  for business.
