Purpose of the Job:
To lead responsible for retail business to achieve company target.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)零售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成公司布置的銷售任務(wù)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- To support Managing Director, especially in the supervision of roll out team; customer account and business unit支持總經(jīng)理管理零售團(tuán)隊(duì)，完成銷售業(yè)績(jī)。
- To understand customer needs and expectations, and by occasion, turn them to business opportunities 理解客戶需求和希望，使之轉(zhuǎn)為銷售。
-  To develop and implement company policy; marketing and sales plan; system/procedure and to manage capital as well as human resources 根據(jù)公司政策，制定和監(jiān)管實(shí)施零售市場(chǎng)和銷售策略，對(duì)門店員工進(jìn)行管理。
- To co-ordinate and communicate with shop managers and key customers 與門店店長(zhǎng)和大客戶保持溝通。
- To support and monitor the shops business activity to bring the existing shops to the benchmark, minimize cost and maximize profit to achieve the sales target 支持和監(jiān)管門店日常業(yè)務(wù)工作，使現(xiàn)有門店完成銷售任務(wù)，降低成本，增加利潤(rùn)。 
- To identify problem, take corrective action and reach decision in a professional way 發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，財(cái)務(wù)正確專業(yè)的手段解決問題。
Qualifications:
- University degree, majoring in Science or Business Administration preferred本科以上學(xué)歷，行政管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先
- At least 5 years of working experience in the field of retails business ,including 2 years of management experience.至少5年零售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，兩年管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Mature, with good inter personal skills為人處事成熟
- Self-motivated, organized自我激勵(lì)，組織能力強(qiáng)
- Solution orientation, not problem orientation以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向
- Self confidence, decisiveness, Initiative自信，果斷，主動(dòng)

- Excellent both in oral and written
