Purpose of the Job:
To be responsible for supporting Project Sales Manager in before-sales, after-sales, bidding etc.
向項(xiàng)目銷售經(jīng)理提供售前、售后、標(biāo)務(wù)等方面的支持。
Tasks & Responsibilities:
-To be responsible for training of the products in projects.
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目所用產(chǎn)品的培訓(xùn)。
- To be responsible for project after-sales service management.
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目售后服務(wù)管理。
- To be responsible for supporting project sales manager in bidding. establishing and maintaining the repairing and onsite service system which promised in bidding, coordinating with repair department in HQ.負(fù)責(zé)在項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)中支持項(xiàng)目銷售經(jīng)理，建立和維護(hù)投標(biāo)承諾的維修和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)體系，與總部維修部協(xié)調(diào)維修事宜。
- To be responsible for establishing and managing project service spot at required places.根據(jù)要求，負(fù)責(zé)建立和管理項(xiàng)目服務(wù)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。
- To be responsible for establishing and maintaining after-sales service policies, processes and filling of the project.
負(fù)責(zé)建立和維護(hù)項(xiàng)目售后服務(wù)政策、流程和文檔。
- To be responsible for technical support through telephone.
通過電話給予相關(guān)技術(shù)支持。
- To be trainer backup for salesman at customer seminar.
在客戶會(huì)議中為銷售人員做培訓(xùn)支持。
- Other assignments by the superior.
上級(jí)主管交給的其他工作。
Basic Education:
College degree above, majoring in hearing大專以上學(xué)歷，聽力學(xué)專業(yè)
Work Experience:
5 years technical support experience or above, with the knowledge of hearing aid industry experiences is a must. 五年以上技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)歷，有助聽器行業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷。
Personal Competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure能承受工作壓力
- Willingness to perform and result orientation業(yè)績(jī)良好，以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向
Social Competencies:
- Customer oriented 有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)
- Credibility誠信

Language(s) / Level:
Chinese (Native speaker), good command in English for both oral and written.
