我公司地處 原南匯區，
上下班班車 覆蓋 浦東新區、楊浦區、閔行區、閘北區、虹口區、徐匯區、長寧區、普陀區、寶山區。
Main Tasks:
-Implement recruitment plan to satisfy business development needs.
-Search and interview right candidates according to position requirements.
-Work closely with business managers and provide feedback from HR professional perspective.
-Negotiate offers with candidate.
-Follow up whole recruiting process including Reference Check if needed.
-Recruitment projects planning, organizing and implementing.
Position Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electronics or Engineering major.
-Fluent English in spoken, reading and written.
-At least 3 years’ working experience as recruiter or similar function, prefer in manufacture, hunting company or R&D Center.
-Excellent interview skill and rich experience to recruiting Technical people.
-Strong communication skills and excellent execution.
-Strong ownership with proactive working attitude.
-Good teamwork.
