Responsibilities/Activities:
This
position is responsible for providing effective support to the analytical lab
manager to establish and implement an efficient and proactive laboratory
setting for quality assurance testing. ?The incumbent should be fammiliar with the
testing methods in the laboratory and be capable to solve problems.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the followings. Other Duties may be
assigned according to the needs of the comany or function.
l? Responsible
for assisting Analytical Lab Manager to establish and maintain an efficient and
proactive laboraotory operation ?system
n? Assisting
the Anbalytical Lab Managing on building Analytical Laboratory testing system,
including testing equipment management; reagents management; test methods
set-up, GLP procedures development, EHS management, and analysts鈥�
qualification.
n? Assisting
the Analytical Lab Manager on training junior analysts
n? Assisting
the Analytical Lab Manager on equipment procurement; reagent preparation;
n? Assisting
the Analytical Lab Manager on OOS(Out-Of-Specification) investigation, defining
and implementing CAPA(Corrective Action & Preventive Action) efficiently.
n? Assisting
the Analytical Lab Manager on monitoring and communicating the associated
trends of testing techniques and compliance expectations in the industry and
within the company.
n? Proactively
propose any oppertunities to improve the efficiency and compliance of lab
management
l? Responsible
for implementing the laboratory testing associated activities efficiently
n? Supporting
and performing analytical tests strictly following test procedures and test
schedule.
n? Supporting
and performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and calibration
management for analytical laboratory instrument.
n? Supporting
and performing the maintainence and reivew of analytical laboratory documents
and records.
n? Involving
in developing and implementing validation/qualification protocols, inlcuding
manufacturing process/equipment, laboratory testing instrument/methods,
utility, materials and cleaning validations.
n? Work
with other colleagues on trouble shooting of the test methods and instrument
operation.
l? EHS
n? Follow
all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.
n? Report
any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to
supervision.
n? Attend
all required training and medical surveillance programs.
n? Wear
all PPE as required.
n? Propose
any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.
