職位描述
崗位職責1. •Assist with recruitment for medical staff;2. •Assist with medical staff credentialing and privileging process;3. •Take charge of medical license application and renewal;4. •Assist foreign staff with relocation process5. •Provide support in onboard, status change, internal transfer & termination processes;6. •Process working permit & resident permit application and renewal for foreign employees and their families;7. •Employee database maintenance and update;8. •Staff p-file setup and maintenance to align with the legal compliance and JCI standard;9. •Employment contract management ( new & renewal );10. •Travel and hotel accommodation arrangement;11. •Preparation of employee ID badge, business card, cellphone etc.12. •Assist with temporary residence permit application for non-shanghai residence staff;13. •Be responsible for all kinds of HR reports;14. •Play a key role in HR or company activities;15. •Other duties as assigned.任職條件1. Good command of English in both spoken and written2. Good office software skill3. Previous HR & admin experience4. Good customer service sense and attitude5. Attention to details6. Both process and result- driven7. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and integrity8.
