Description: Clinical Specialist is the end user representative in engineering organization. The main purpose of this role is to test products under development in clinical environment. The Clinical Specialist acts as “voice of the customer” in requirements definition, verification and validation and system integration phases. The Clinical Specialist provides also knowledge and training on clinical issues. Duties include (but are not limited to):•TESTING IN HOSPITALS. Plan and execute hospital tests in co-operation with the engineering projects. The tests are performed either in hospitals or by simulating the environment in the laboratory. Also maintains good contacts with the test hospitals hospital personnel and test subjects (outside of company). •PRODUCT DEFINITION Participates in definition of the product, user requirements, product´s risk assessment, and the specifications during the engineering process.•PRODUCT INTEGRATION represents an end-user of the products within the engineering process. Knows the use of products including the surrounding environment and the customer needs. By participating in the integration process helps the programs to identify clinically relevant issues for successful program integration within the scheduled time.••CLINICAL CONSULTING introduces the company’s personnel to clinical issues. Arranges training in hospital for company’s personnel. Participates in and contribute to training activities inside the company. Provides information to various clinical issues, labeling and education material. Evaluates the test feedback and participates in to its classification.Quality Specific Goals:1.Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position2.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines3.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required4.Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables5.Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possibleQualifications:1.Bachelor’s or above degree on medicine (radiology diagnostic) or equivalent experience, 5 years related clinical application experience.有 普放科Xray 經歷2.Self-confident and global minded3.Demonstrated leadership skills4.Sound radiology clinical experience, preferably in the medical field5.Good customer & marketing sensePreferred Qualifications:1.Motivation and interest in developing medical technology2.Ability to lead and supervise other clinical specialists3.Strong communication skills4.International work experience
